2. Peak dates
Bookings for 31st December, festivals, and long weekends are non-refundable.
3. No-show
No refund for no-show or early departure.
4. Refund processing
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
5. Cancellation by management
Reschedule or partial refund may be offered in unavoidable situations.

How much refund do I get if I cancel 3 days before check-in?
If you cancel 72 or more hours before check-in, you get an 80% refund.
What if I cancel 60 hours before check-in?
Cancellations 48 to 72 hours before check-in get a 50% refund.
Can I get a refund on 31st December or a long weekend?
No. Bookings for 31st December, festivals and long weekends are non-refundable.
How long does a refund take?
